3. Customer Responsibilities •Provide accurate shipping details, including name, address, and contact information.
•Ensure all packages comply with local and international shipping regulations.
•Pay for shipping fees, customs duties, and any additional charges before package release.
•Ensure all items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Customers must not ship:
•Illegal substances (drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.).
•Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, or toxic substances).
•Perishable goods without proper packaging.
•Cash, valuable documents, or high-value jewelry unless insured.

6. Delivery & Transit Times

9. Package Storage & Abandonment
•Packages must be collected within 7 days of arrival.
• Unclaimed packages may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned after 21 days.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
•Shipping fees are non-refundable once a shipment is in transit.
•Cancellations must be made before processing to qualify for a refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
O.K Shipping is not liable for:
•Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
•Delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers.
•Packages confiscated by customs authorities.
