1. Business Role & Definition
O.K Shipping operates as a shipping courier and logistics coordination service.
We work with third-party freight forwarders and carriers to facilitate the movement of packages from the United States to Jamaica and to complete door-to-door delivery within Jamaica.
O.K Shipping does not own or operate the U.S. warehouse or aircraft used for international transport.
2. Services We Provide
O.K Shipping provides the following courier services:
Shipment coordination via approved freight forwarders
SEA and AIR standard shipping services
Door-to-door delivery in Jamaica (paid service)
Bulk shipping coordination (barrels, pallets, containers)
Package tracking using Airway Bill (AWB) numbers
Customer support and shipment status communication
Express shipping and package consolidation are not offered.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Use the correct warehouse address provided by O.K Shipping
Update shipping addresses on all online stores before ordering
Declare accurate package contents and values
Pay all courier, delivery, customs, and related fees
O.K Shipping is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or outdated information provided by the customer.
4. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Customers may not ship:
Illegal or restricted items
Hazardous materials
Items prohibited under U.S. or Jamaican law
Packages violating these rules may be refused, delayed, or seized by authorities.
5. Rates & Fees
Rates vary by shipment size, weight, and service type
Door-to-door delivery is charged separately
Bulk shipment rates are quoted individually
All fees must be paid before final delivery
6. Transit Time & Delivery
Transit times are estimates only
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, or third-party carriers
O.K Shipping does not guarantee delivery timelines
7. Customs & Government Fees
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges
Customs authorities may inspect or hold packages without notice
8. Loss, Damage & Claims
O.K Shipping is not liable for loss or damage occurring while packages are in the custody of third-party freight forwarders or carriers
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Additional insurance is recommended for high-value items
9. Storage & Abandoned Packages
Storage limits are governed by the freight forwarder’s policy
Packages unclaimed after 14 days may be considered abandoned
Abandoned packages may be disposed of without compensation
10. Refund Policy
Courier and coordination fees are non-refundable once services begin
No refunds for shipped or delivered packages
Bulk shipments are non-refundable once scheduled
11. Limitation of Liability
O.K Shipping’s liability is limited to the courier fees paid.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or third-party actions.
12. Policy Changes
O.K Shipping may update services, rates, or policies at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
